What we collect
When you request a match: what you need help with, where your case stands, your description, ZIP code, name, phone, email, and your consent. We also record technical details that prove your consent (time, page, IP address, browser) and how you found us (for example, an ad click ID).
How we use it
To match you with participating attorneys who handle your type of matter near you, to verify your phone number and email are real, to send you one confirmation text, and to measure which of our ads work.
Who we share it with
Participating attorneys and law firms listed on our attorneys page, who pay us to receive requests. Service providers that run the site and verify phone numbers (for example, Cloudflare and Twilio) under contract. We never share your request with the other party in your case. We do not sell your information to data brokers.
Your choices
Reply STOP to any text. Email us to withdraw your request or delete your information.
Retention
Requests are kept for up to 5 years as a record of consent, then deleted.
